Spokane River Run, hold the snow
Back to Spokane for the Annual "Spokane River Run". This year, let's hold the snow. This race is a pretty run through Riverside State Park. Mike and the crew offer a variety of lengths from 5K to 50K. A high recommendation for all you runners in Eastern Washington.

Reason To Run

Reason to Run kicked of their 2009 season with their Spring Burst 5 and 10K. Over 125 athletes joined them for a great run through Cook Park. Darin and Trisha put on a fine run today and plan on a few more throughout the year. Check out their site for more information or follow them on Twitter and Facebook. LiveSTRONG
Liz Kreutz sent me a few images I created for her and the LAF LiveStrong Challenge ride in 2008. The ride came through Portland, OR in June and I helped Kreutz Photogrpaphy record the event. I also flew out to Philadelphia a few weeks later and helped them out in August. Thanks Liz!

Race 4 The Roses
It's spring time. Albertina Kerr Center is hosting it's annual Race for the Roses this Sunday in Portland, Oregon. Over 3500 are expected to run the 5K or a Half Marathon through the streets of the Rose City. Check out our video too.
